Time to be Well

Time to be Well is a wellness program on Channel 2 hosted by Kathy Barry, a registered dietitian with the City’’s Fountain of Health Wellness Program. Each episode demonstrates several healthy, super food recipes that are easy to make and delicious to eat. Viewers also learn several quick and effective exercises. Time to be Well airs daily immediately after The Weekly Report at 8:15 a.m., 5:15 p.m. and 12:15 a.m. Remember to consult with your physician before starting or changing your exercise and dietary habits.

There are ten ways you can get in touch with 311, including by email, phone, online form and phone app. The 311 page also details what do have ready when you contact, how to check on the status of your 311 case and more.
