The Health Department provides a variety of services for all residents, visitors and workers in Kansas City. Information on how to contact specific programs is provided below.

If you have a complain about a restaurant or other food vendor, you may either call the Environmental public health program directly, call the Action Center at 311 or 816-513-1313 or fill out their online complaint/service request form.

To schedule an appointment call 816-513-6379. Appointment are needed for those with known exposure or symptoms; walk-ins are welcome for HIV and Syphilis screening.
The Health Department does not provide anonymous testing because a positive STD test may require treatment, but all test results are confidential. Your medical privacy is important to us.
