Join us the Second Fridays in June, July, and August. Concerts take place on the east lawn of the Kansas City Museum. Concerts are *FREE* and you may bring blankets, lawn chairs, and picnic on the museum historic grounds. Dogs are allowed in a designated area.

*The Kansas City Museum, the mansion, is closed to the public as we are building a museum of Kansas City history and cultural heritage with the hope to reopen Stage 1, the mansion, in late 2020*

Friday, June 14: Battery Tour

AY-MusiK, born and raised in KCMO, is an entrepreneur, activist, producer, writer, rapper, singer/songwriter, who uses his passion for the arts to spread and promote sustainability, social awareness, and mental health. AY has shared the stage with artists such as SHAGGY, Aaron Carter, T-Pain, Timeflies, Flo-Rida, XV, and Wyclef Jean, and X Factor competitor who received a 4 yes vote from celebrity judges L.A.Reid, Brintey Spears, Louis Walsh, and Demi Lovato. AY has been invited to the UN to speak on behalf of his startup organization Battery Tour which strives to become a hub for the sustainability movement and donate solar energy to the 1.1 billion people lacking access to electricity. AY is currently working on his 2nd album “Hello Again” with 5x Grammy-winning producer Brian Kennedy.

Friday, July 12: Joseph Edward Macklin, Trio Aztlan/Aztlan-“Live.” Band, and special guest Regina Del Carmen  

One Kansas City Radio has created a eclectic blend of performances by Grammy nominated producer and vocalist Joseph Edward Macklin, #KC local favorites: Trio Aztlan/Aztlan-“Live.” Band Page and Regina Del Carmen from the Art As Mentorship program. They will also be live streaming this event on their Facebook page as well!

Friday, August 9: Laura Noble 

Laura Noble is a versatile singer who was born in Dominican Republic. She has an international sound, expanding from bachata to Motown to fun party music and sings in both Spanish and English. She has performed the national anthem at many sporting events, including at the Royals stadium and also performs with live bands at weddings and music venues.
