City hosts ‘Salute to Services’ event to unveil citizen satisfaction survey results
Join City of Kansas City, Missouri, leaders as they unveil the 2014-15 Citizen Satisfaction Survey results. This statistically-significant annual report card takes a good, hard look at how residents rate their City, providing City leaders with valuable input on what they’re doing well and what needs improvement. The City then uses this data to improve processes and better allocate resources.
The public media event will feature the survey highlights. Media are also invited to the City Council Business Session on the 10th floor of City Hall at 1 p.m. for the full presentation of survey results. Follow along on Twitter using hashtag #KCSalute.
