The City of Kansas City, Mo., Health Department is pleased to announce that Vital Records, such as birth and death certificates, are now available at the Department’s Northland Satellite office, located at 4420 N.E. Chouteau Trafficway. With the expansion of vital records services to the Health Department’s Northland office, residents can now obtain vital records by visiting one of two locations, located in Downtown Kansas City and in the Northland. Records may also be requested online, or by mail.
The Northland office is open to serve residents Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. In addition to other services, the Northland office is now able to provide offer Missouri birth certificates from 1920 to the present, and state-wide death certificates from 1980 to the present. Fees for these records range from $10 – $15 and are payable by check, credit or debit card.
