Contractors seeking to work on projects for the Housing and Energy Conservation Division will definitely want to attend an informational meeting Friday, March 10, at the city’s Robert J. Mohart Center, 3200 Wayne Ave.
The 10 a.m. meeting is being coordinated by the Neighborhoods and Housing Services Department (NHSD). Plumbers, electricians, HVAC professionals, roofers and general contractors are especially encouraged to attend.
“During the meeting, we’ll discuss the various programs where we need contractor help and go through the requirements to become a city vendor,” said Roger Stewart, section manager of the housing and energy conservation division.
The City also has answers to frequently asked questions about this process.
