If one of your 2018 resolutions is to get healthier, the City has a show for you! Time to be Well is a wellness program on Channel 2 hosted by Kathy Barry, a registered dietitian with the City’s Fountain of Health Wellness Program. Each episode demonstrates several healthy, super food recipes that are easy to make and delicious to eat.
