Updated COVID-19 vaccines have rolled out ahead of the winter season. Please note the following information:
The federally funded Bridge Access Program, which previously covered the cost of the COVID-19 vaccine for uninsured and underinsured people, has been terminated as of August 31st, 2024.
Individuals covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance will still receive the updated vaccine at no cost. Individuals without insurance will need to pay for the vaccine out of pocket. Please note that these doses are limited.

Your local pharmacy is also a good option for receiving the COVID-19 and flu vaccine.
The CDC recommends that everyone six months and older get the updated COVID-19 and flu vaccine.

- Vaccination also reduces your chance of suffering the effects of long-term COVID-19, which can develop during or following acute infection and last for an extended duration.

If you are exposed or test positive, follow the Respiratory Virus Guidance and talk to your doctor about proven, effective treatments that can reduce the risk of severe illness, hospitalization, and death.
