Starting May 2, 2024, crews will begin demolition of the concrete on the south lawn for the underground parking garage as part of the City's plan to reconstruct the garage. This may create some noise. This phase will involve jackhammering the concrete and will last approximately 17 days. Some offices on the lower level up to the 3rd floor of City Hall may be temporarily relocated during this time. Please check with the department, if they are located on the 1st through 3rd floor, before visiting City Hall to find out if the offices have moved.
