Quick Tax
Quick Tax is the City’s online tax filing system.  Once you sign up, you will be able to submit returns and payments for all tax types electronically.  In addition, employers can upload Employer’s Quarterly Return of Earnings Withheld (Form RD-110) and W-2 information using the Quick Tax system.  For answers to tax-related questions, go to Tax Hub or contact revenue@kcmo.org. Tax payments can also be mailed (check only) or paid in person at City Hall (414 E. 12th St.) using cash, check or credit card.

Municipal Court Tickets
Municipal Court tickets can be paid in full online with a debit or credit card. No partial or installment can be made online. Partial or installment payments must be made at the Municipal Court (511 E. 11th Street) or by mail as outlined in an approved payment plan contract with the court. Additional information about payment arrangements can be obtained by calling (816) 513-2700 or sending an email. Walk-in payments are accepted at 511 E. 11th Street and can be made by cash, check or credit card.

Water Bills
Water bills can be paid online or in person at City Hall  (414 E. 12th St.) or at the Water Services Department (4800 E. 63rd St.) using cash, check or credit card. Payments are also accepted by mail (check only). Water bill inquiries and payments can also be  made through an automated voice response system 24 hours per day by calling  (816) 513-0567.

Pet Licensing
Pet licensing fees can be paid online via credit card, at the City’s animal shelter, or at authorized veterinarian offices.

KC Parks
Visit KC Parks website to purchase a community center pass, sign up for a class, and much more.

Health Department
Several Health Department environmental services fees can be paid online via credit card or in person by visiting the Health Department at 2400 Troost using cash, check or credit card. Other health-related payments can also be made in person at 2400 Troost.

Tow Lot
Towing fees can be paid in person at the Tow Lot at 7750 E. Front St. using money order, debit card or credit card. No cash can be accepted. Contact Tow Services at (816) 513-0688 for additional information.

Regulated Industries
Fees and permits for regulated industries can be paid in person 635 Woodland, Suite 2101, using cash or credit card. Contact Regulated Industries at (816) 513-4560.
