If you cannot pay your balance in full: You may request a payment plan or ask the judge at your hearing to complete community service instead of paying the fine. 

Have a warrant: Post bond or attend a walk-in docket. If the ticket is payable, you also can plead guilty and pay the fine or enter a payment plan and the warrant will be cancelled.
