The 26th Annual "Scare-it Halloween" happens Halloween night (Oct. 31, 5:30-8:30PM). Come on down to the Scarritt Renaissance neighborhood in KC's historic northeast for trick or treating, a haunted house, food trucks, music and other spooky surprises.
