Selected applicants will commit to constructing homes within 18 months, ensuring compliance with building codes and community aesthetics. The program emphasizes environmentally friendly construction and owner occupancy.

Proposals need to include project narratives, housing plans, and financial breakdowns. Development teams should showcase collaboration with the community and economic stability.

The project boundaries span from 18th Street to 27th Street and Prospect Avenue to Interstate 70. Interested parties must demonstrate expertise in urban redevelopment and engage in public dialogue with the Washington Wheatley Neighborhood Association.
