Representatives from the city’s Neighborhoods and Housing Services Department are holding the second session of Landlord/Tenant University on Thursday, Sept. 10, from 11 a.m. to noon inside the KC Kings Conference Room at 4400 Blue Parkway. Because of Covid-19 restrictions and concerns, in-person seating is extremely limited, but the training session will be streamed via Microsoft Teams. Those interested in attending in-person must RSVP through Eventbrite
