How do I make an appointment?

Register for your first or second dose online or walk-in. 

You can also register online for your third dose or booster or simply walk-in to the clinic. 

We are also now schedule vaccinations for 5-11 years old or you can walk-in to the clinic. 

If you have family and friends who need help filling out the sign-up form, please tell them to call 311, and a member of our team will help them.

What vaccination will this clinic offer?

We will offer the Pfizer, Moderna and J&J Vaccination.

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are recommended, but not required. We do take walk-ins without an appointment, although wait times may be longer because of the registration process and number of booked appointments.
