In honor of 50 years of service to the arts and culture ecosystem in Kansas City and beyond, Mid-America Arts Alliance (M-AAA) will host an outdoor block party in the Crossroads neighborhood on Wednesday, June 7. “Jazz at The Crossroads” will take place in conjunction with the launch of the ExhibitsUSA (EUSA) exhibition, “Shutter and Sound: The Jazz Photography of Bob Willoughby”, at our gallery, The Culture Lab. In addition to inviting the public to witness the exhibition in-person, the evening will feature a showcase of local and nationally recognized jazz-inspired artists in a variety of mediums.
