The Coterie presents Rise Up: The Struggle of the Freedom Riders Sept. 17 – Oct. 20. This production follows four modern-day students in 2019 that make a class project about the Freedom Riders - citizens standing up to segregation by riding buses across Alabama and Mississippi in 1961.
