Two workshops for potential applicants seeking to learn how to submit 2020 Consolidated Plan Request for Proposals (RFPs) are scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 1 and Wednesday, Oct. 2.
The first workshop is 10 a.m. inside Biery Auditorium at the Kansas City Health Department, 2400 Troost Ave. The second workshop is 6 p.m. on Oct. 2 inside the Community Room of the KCPD East Patrol Campus, 2640 Prospect Ave.
Funding requests include Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Program (ESG), Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS/HIV (HOPWA). Go online for more information regarding eligibility and qualifications.
