How to View the Development Tracker Map

The KCMO Parcel Viewer now has a Development Tracker feature that displays proposed and recently-approved requests for rezoning, development plans, project plans, special use permits, variances, and administrative approvals. You can click on the "Projects" tab and filter on either "Pending Cases" or "Recently Completed" cases. When a customer files an application for any parcel, the boundary of the property in question is mapped as a green feature, labeled 'Pending". To see projects completed in the last year, you can click "Recently Completed" button.
