To reach the Animal Services Division of KC Pet Project, please call 311 on weekdays from 7 a.m. -7 p.m. or dial (816) 683-1373 for weekend and after-hours calls from 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.
Please call 311 or (816) 513-1313 for the following incidents:
- reporting possible animal abuse or neglect
- if you locate or recover a stray animal licensed with the City (also check PetData)
- if you think your dog has been picked up by an Animal Services Officer
- to report a bite or rabies exposure
- to report an injured or sick animal
- to report animal code violations
- to report a dangerous dog incident
